马铃薯高世代无性系铁含量的稳定性及广义遗传力估算Stability and Broad-sense Heritability of Iron Content in Advanced Generation Clones of Potato

摘要(Abstract):
人体中存在多种微量元素,其中铁元素含量最多,且缺铁性贫血已成为公共卫生问题。如果能通过遗传改良提高马铃薯块茎铁含量,将对人类健康大有帮助。试验目的是分析利用国外种质资源杂交选育的高世代马铃薯材料铁含量,评价铁含量的稳定性,并估算铁含量的广义遗传力。2017和2018年,把19份马铃薯高世代材料和2份对照品种(‘夏坡蒂’和‘克新13号’)采用随机区组设计种植在哈尔滨市和克山县。收获后,分析块茎内铁含量。不同品种(系)马铃薯块茎铁含量间存在显著差异,变幅为61.22~101.81μg/g DW。马铃薯块茎铁含量存在品种(系)×环境交互作用,但依然可以选出铁含量高且表现稳定的高世代无性系。马铃薯铁含量的广义遗传力估值为0.61,与零差异显著。采用杂交选育出富铁的马铃薯新品种是可行的。
