摘要(Abstract):
马铃薯A病毒(Potato virus A,PVA)作为主要病毒之一,对马铃薯种薯质量有着十分重要的影响。近年来,PVA的研究已从传统生物学研究转向了基因组的研究,基因组编码的蛋白在基因组复制、蛋白加工和系统移动等方面具有重要作用。目前国内外对于PVA的研究主要集中在检测方面,而蛋白功能的研究较少且还处于初级阶段,随着国内PVA发病率的升高和马铃薯产业需要,深入了解PVA基因组蛋白的功能及挖掘抗性基因资源、拓宽遗传背景对于揭示PVA致病机制、寻找抗病途径、促进产业发展具有重要意义。
