聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法检测马铃薯类病毒技术的改进

摘要(Abstract)：
利用往复聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳方法进行类病毒的检测 ,通过对电泳技术的改进和使用液氮研磨、加入皂土等方法改变核酸的提取 ,使该方法在检测灵敏性、准确性、操作性和可行性上都得到了提高 ,更有益于该技术的普及
