马铃薯病毒检测中DAS-ELISA的改进及注意问题

摘要(Abstract)：
分别采用改进的DAS ELISA和常规DAS ELlSA法同时对主要马铃薯病毒 (PVX、PVY、PVS、PVM和PLRV)进行检测 ,其检测结果完全一致 ,且其灵敏度也基本相同。局部改进的DAS ELISA方法简便、快速 ,成本更低 ,适合于种薯生产中大量样品的马铃薯病毒的快速检测
